EXTERIOR FACADE

This package is focusing on the elevations of your house or an external re-styling makeover on the house facades. This includes chosen faces or all elevations of the house. Looking into material choices, minor structural elements, landscaping construction ideas around your property and how to best use the exterior of your space.

This package includes:

• Inspiration packages and mood boards
• Architectural drawings including 2D Plans and other drawings relevant to the project.
• Fully detailed renders of the spaces to scale
• Fly-through videos of the spaces
• Technical detailing and building aspects are to be completed by technicians within your area/region as building regulations vary within regions/countries.

This package is for the modernisation of your outdoor living. From small to large spaces we will look into how to better use the surrounding land and connection to the house. We will help you to come up with a design with best suits the home layout and does not waste space. This package will not only improve the overall look of your home but also provide outdoor/indoor flow and usable exterior space to suit the user’s needs and desires.

INTERIOR REVAMP

his package is for the interior restyling design for any single room or the entire house. We will work on large or small spaces, from large projects with moving walls and readjustment of spaces to smaller spaces such as simple as furniture rearrangement and colour pallets. We will offer design ideas on how to improve the living environment by creating brighter spaces in your home and how to improve the layout of your house to create better-used spaces and flow throughout. We love incorporating indoor-outdoor flow when suitable and brightening up homes and improving air quality to improve the inhabitant’s mood and health. We have spent many years researching how to improve the inhabitant’s health and well-being through architecture and would love to bring these features into your home.

LIFESTYLE DESIGN

This package caters for the lifestyle design block with added equine facilities. We have experts who have extensively studied equine welfare and how to design to optimisation of stabling facilities to enhance horses’ physical performance to produce results. Our stable designs not only improve the physical aspects but also the psychological side of the horse which can have just as dramatic effect on their performance.

We have explored stabling issues including, animal and human health, sustainability, efficiency, and environmental impact with a focus on how they may be favorably influenced by architectural design. Calming features through natural surroundings and predominantly water have been used to calm the horses and in previous designs. 

We spend an hour or two fussing over our horses each day but the other 22 hours are just as important for their physical and psychological well-being.

Digital Modelling Visulisation

If you already have designs done by another designer or builder and want to see 3D visualisations of these designs or even simple ideas you may be having it is a great idea to get these modeled. This will give you a realistic idea of what these designs will look like and the ability for you to tweak or adjust and arrangement of these designs before and during the construction phase! There is nothing worse than going through construction and regretting small or large design issues that don’t suit what you were after.
